Maya gestures toward the same potted plant, equally certain, without yet touching its leaves.
Maya: No. Nutrient deficiency.
Brad and Maya present their separate phones as evidence, with the plant between them.
Brad: I had mine analyze the photo.
Maya: So did I.
Silent reveal. Maya turns the plant's attached merchandise tag toward the reader. It reads 'ARTIFICIAL PLANT'. Brad and Maya lower their phones; neither looks triumphant.
